Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk (can substitute any other milk or yogurt)
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6-8 ice cubes (more if needed)
Directions
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender of food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
