Oatmeal Crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 2 tsp organic granulated sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cold water, as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients then mix in oil, to coat. Slowly add water until you have a thick dough. Roll into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator, place dough ball into the center of a 9-inch pie plate or pizza pan, and 'mash' into an even layer. Bake oat crust for 10 minutes or until dry, and then add toppings.
