Cranberry Orange Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup palm shortening
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Place coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a food processor Pulse in shortening, coconut sugar, eggs, and orange zest Remove blade from processor and stir in cranberries by hand Fill a ¼ cup scoop with batter Release batter onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet Bake at 350° for 20 minutes Cool for 15 minutes Serve.
