Creamy Avocado Sauce

- 1/2 lemon juiced
- lemon zest
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (optional)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
